Fans won’t stop speculating that Dancing with the Stars pros Gleb Savchenko and Emma Slater are an item. Savchenko recently responded to a comment suggesting the two are hooking up, denying the rumors.

Gleb Savchenko Denies Romance with Emma Slater

Earlier this month, Savchenko took to Instagram to share a video of him and Slater performing a sexy dance routine set to “God Is a Woman” by Ariana Grande. Plenty of comments praised the performance, but one in particular caught Savchenko’s attention.

“You cannot convince me that these two ain’t f*ckin,” wrote one user, prompting Savchenko to reply, “Really??? I think then we are just great actors.” The commenter responded that they have chemistry, to which Savchenko agreed, “Yeah we have good energy together.”

According to Heavy, the video Savchenko posted is from a performance at an annual BMA Foundation event in Kansas City. However, it’s not the first time fans have commented on the possibility that there might be something romantic between the two dancers.

Fans Have Been Shipping the Pair

Back in May, Slater shared some photos from her visit to Las Vegas to see Savchenko perform with Chippendales. Fans in the comments were shipping the pair, with one commenter telling them to “get married already.”

Then earlier this month, Slater shared photos of herself dancing with Savchenko. In the caption, she wrote about her love of dance. Some users apparently got the wrong idea, with one asking if it was a “hard launch” of their relationship.

Slater clarified in the comments that she and Savchenko are “not dating,” adding that they’re simply “good friends who dance.” Since Slater split from her husband Sasha Farber, fans have thought she might be dating several men, including her partners on the show and even fellow pro Alan Bersten.
